Ok. Let’s eat some blondies. You guys wanted healthy sweets, and many other things which we’ll get to, but for now, here is a blondies recipe- kind of crumbly and pretty fantastic. They don’t taste like classic blondies, there is a bit of a coconut flavour because of the coconut oil, but you can sub that if it’s not your thing.
Also- my sprinkles are hand cut and organically dyed, so try to grab ahold of that also. The hidden dangers in your neighborhood’s selection of sprinkles is terribly damaging to your overall health.*
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup softened coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 Tbsp almond butter or tahini
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add ins
Pour into a parchment lined baking dish with a bit of a ledge. Bake 350 for 20-30 min
*Lolol ridiculous. I got the sprinkles from the grocery store right next to the white sugar and marshmallow fluff.
